Sujata Chatterjee, engineer by degree but social entrepreneur by choice, is founder and MD of Twirl.store

 

Sujata is B.Tech Electrical and has further degrees in Managment. She has also completed Certification in Marketing from Cambridge University International and a Certification in Innovation Readiness from University of Austin at Texas. She is also an Alumni of GoldmannSachs 10000Women program. Her previous work experience was in Hewlett-Packard (HP).

 

Sujata has been highlighted as a women entrepreneur by UN India, UN Women Asia Pacific and UN ESCAP. She has received “Devi Award” from the hands of Mrs. Smriti Irani, Union Minister and a special felicitation from Mrs.Chandrima Bhattacharya, MOS Govt of West Bengal. She is also proud winner of “Rising Women Entrepreneur” by Indian Chamber of Commerce , “Swayam Sidha” by Eastern Chamber of Commerce and “Exceptional Women of Excellence” by Womens Economic Forum.  She is chosen as “Unstoppable” by BMW OSL Prestige; ” Iconic Acheiver” by Rotary Club of Benevolance; “Changemaker” by CAFE and for “Nari Shakti” award from Rotaract50 Club of Victoria.

 

Sujata is committed to the cause of women empowerment. She is the President of Women’s International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) WB Sustainable Business Council, and also serves as Director CSR of Sampark Group.

 

Sujata is invited as a keynote speaker, motivational speaker, panellist and trainer to various organisations and educational institutions across the country and abroad.
