What products are sold on the Twirl store?

The Twirl store is an online boutique for designer Indo-Western clothes, saris, accessories and lifestyle products, sold under the brand name Twirl. All our products are either Exclusive Single-Piece or Special Limited Edition.

What are the Exclusive Single-Piece range of products and the Special Limited Edition range of products?

None of the products on the Twirl store are mass-produced.

Our Exclusive Single-Piece (ESP) range of products are all distinct and one-of-a-kind designs, making them as unique as you.

Our Special Limited Edition (SLE) range of products include designs which are made in very finite numbers and are available on the Twirl store for short time periods.

ESP and SLE products by their very nature may not be available for long on the Twirl store. Buy ‘em if you like ‘em!

What fabrics are used in the products?

Our products are primarily made from natural fibres such as cotton and linen. However, chiffon, georgette, silk, etc., may also be used, as per specific product requirements.

Some of our products may use a combination of natural fibres as well as upscaled fabric.

What is the benefit of using upscaled fabric?

We prepare upscaled fabric from nearly-new clothing, and use this upscaled fabric for some of our products.

Some benefits of using upscaled fabric are:

  • resources which would otherwise be used to create new fabric are conserved;
  • products made of upscaled fabric use less resources than equivalent products, making them eco-friendly and eco-conscious products; and
  • products made of upscaled fabric are often more affordable and unique than equivalent products.

The use of upscaled fabric is our commitment to the philosophy of sustainable fashion.

How do I buy products from the Twirl store?

Easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Select your favourite products from our wide range of clothing, accessories and lifestyle products, and add them to your cart;
  2. Provide your delivery address at check-out page;
  3. Proceed to payment and complete the purchase.

Buying from the Twirl store is the smart thing to do.

Our Exclusive Single-Piece products and Special Limited Edition products are as unique and amazing as you. Our products will make you stand out in the crowd, as opposed to the same products being sold in large numbers across various platforms. Not to mention, free shipping throughout India!

Further, Twirl is perhaps the first Indian brand to offer a distinctive Buy-Back policy for all clothing bought from the Twirl store. We encourage you to buy, wear, enjoy and then return Twirl clothing back to us, when you no longer want to repeat the same clothes.

By buying products from the Twirl store, you contribute to the philosophy of sustainable fashion.

What form of payment does the Twirl store accept?

We accept payment through cash-on-delivery (for select locations), debit/credit/atm card(s), net banking, e-wallets, etc., as well as through redemption of Twirl Points, promotional codes, vouchers, etc. We do not accept cheques, demand drafts, etc.

Twirl accepts payments in accept payments in Indian National Rupee (INR), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Pound Sterling (GBP) and Singapore Dollar (SGD).  For cash-on-delivery, only Indian National Rupee (INR) shall be accepted.

Billing is in Indian National Rupee (and its equivalent amount in applicable currency).

What are Twirl Points?

Twirl Points are points which accrue in your personalized Twirl account. You can earn Twirl Points by availing our services on the Twirl store, and redeem Twirl Points against the purchase of products on the Twirl store (1 Twirl Point = ₹ 1).

What if the products I purchase cost more than the Twirl Points?

The balance amount, after redeeming your Twirl Points, may be paid by debit/credit/atm card, netbanking, e-wallet, etc. Please note that up to 200 (two hundred) Twirl Points may be redeemed per order.

For example, if you buy 2 products worth a cumulative sum of ₹ 750 in a single order – you can redeem 200 Twirl Points and the balance ₹ 550 can be paid by debit/credit/atm card, netbanking, e-wallet, cash-on-delivery (for select locations), etc.

What is the Twirl store's Cancellation Policy?

In case you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 12 (twelve) hours of placing the order by sending us a cancellation request through your Twirl account. Alternately, write to us, within 12 (twelve) hours of placing the order, at   customerservices@twirl.store.

We will not process any cancellation requests sent after 12 (twelve) hours of placing the order.

Once an order is cancelled by us, the refund of amounts already paid for the said order will be credited to the same card, bank account, e-wallet, etc., as the case may be, through which the original order was placed.

What is the Twirl store's policy on Return & Refund?

We are confident you will love our products! However, in case you need to return a product, we have a simple Return & Refund policy.

Any product purchased from the Twirl store may be returned within 5 (five) days of delivery of the product, subject to the following:

(i) Send us a request through your Twirl account, within 5 (five) days of delivery of the product. Alternately, write to us, within 5 (five) days of delivery of the product, at customerservices@twirl.store.
(ii) On receiving your request, we will scrutinise the order/product and in applicable cases issue instructions for return. We will not process requests received after 5 (five) days of delivery of the product.
(iii) Once the details are verified by us, we will send an e-confirmation with instructions to your registered email address.
(iv) Pack the product securely, along with a print of the e-confirmation. Alternately, the confirmation number should be prominently written on the package itself. Failure to do so may result in products not being processed by us.
(v) Please take care to pack the product securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage.
(vi) Drop off the product in its package at any of our Twirl Box locations or send the package by post/courier to our designated address.
(vii) For packages being sent through post/courier, please use a reliable postal/courier service.
(viii) You will be entitled to a credit of 100 (one hundred) Twirl Points per product, towards packing and/or shipping of the product, which will be credited in your Twirl account upon receipt of the product at our designated office. Our international customers may be entitled to a higher credit of Twirl Points per product, towards packing and/or shipping of the product, based on the actual expenses incurred.
(ix) The product should retain its original label, and must be received by us in the same condition as was delivered by us (i.e., in its original condition). A product showing signs of wear and tear, damage, stains, etc., in any manner will not be eligible for return & refund, and we will intimate you of the same.
(x) Products which are ineligible for return & refund may be collected from our designated office (by prepaid courier service, personal collection, etc.) within 3 (three) days. Should an ineligible product not be collected from our designated office in time, all rights over the product are forfeited and waived; nevertheless, Twirl Points worth 30% (thirty percent) of the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase will be credited in the concerned Twirl account.
(xi) For products which are received by us in an acceptable condition (as described above), the refund of amounts paid for the said product will be credited through the same mode of payment (except cash-on-delivery) such as card, bank account, e-wallet, etc., as the case may be, through which the original order was placed.

Twirl is perhaps the only brand in India which offers a distinctive Buy-Back policy for all clothing bought from the Twirl store. We let you buy, wear, enjoy and then return Twirl clothing back to us, when you no longer want to repeat the same clothes.

You can return Twirl clothing which you no longer want to wear or keep, and we will happily accept the same, within 9 (nine) months from the date on which you ordered them. You also earn Twirl Points – for each clothing accepted by us under the Buy-Back policy, we credit your Twirl account with Twirl Points worth 30% (thirty percent) of the amount paid for the clothing at the time of purchase.

By availing of Twirl’s Buy-Back policy, you contribute to the philosophy of sustainable fashion. We use the clothing to upscale fabrics or provide the clothes to those in need.

Are all Twirl products eligible under the Buy-Back policy?

All clothing bought directly from the Twirl store, i.e., from our website, and the Return & Refund period for which have already lapsed, are eligible under the Buy-Back policy. However, please note the policy is valid for clothing only, and is not eligible for accessories (scarves, bags, etc.). Further, the Buy-Back Policy is applicable within 9 (nine) months from the date of order of a particular clothing product.

How do I avail the Buy-Back policy?

Simple! If you have Twirl clothing and want to return them to us, follow these steps:

(i) Log into your Twirl account.
(ii) Upload a recent photograph of the product you want to return, along with details of the purchase, i.e., date of order, confirmation number, billed amount, type of clothing, size, colour, etc.
(iii) Once the details are verified by us, we will send an e-confirmation with instructions to your registered email address.
(iv) Pack the product securely, along with a print of the e-confirmation. Alternately, the confirmation number should be prominently written on the package itself. Failure to do so may result in products not being processed by us.
(v) Please take care to pack the product securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage.
(vi) Drop off the product in its package at any of our Twirl Box locations or send the package by post/courier to our designated address.
(vii) For packages being sent through post/courier, please use a reliable postal/courier service.
(viii) You will be entitled to a credit of 100 (one hundred) Twirl Points per product, towards packing and/or shipping of the product, which will be credited in your Twirl account upon receipt of the product at our designated office. Our international customers may be entitled to a higher credit of Twirl Points per product, towards packing and/or shipping of the product, based on the actual expenses incurred.
(ix) We conduct inspection/quality check of the clothing – the clothing should be nearly-new, i.e., in good condition. Clothing with tears, holes, stains or permanent marks will not be accepted for Buy-Back, and we will intimate you of the same.
(x) Products which are ineligible for Buy-Back may be collected from our designated office (by prepaid courier service, personal collection, etc.,) within 3 (three) days. Should an ineligible product not be collected from our designated office in time, all rights over the product are forfeited and waived; nevertheless, 100 (one hundred) additional Twirl Points per product will be credited in the concerned Twirl account.
(xi) Once a product passes our inspection/quality check, we credit your Twirl account with Twirl Points equivalent to 30% (thirty percent) of the amount actually paid while purchasing the product from the Twirl store.

What is the quality check under the Buy-Back policy?

Our quality check involves only 2 (two) factors:

(i) The clothing should have been ordered from the Twirl store, i.e., from the website, within 9 (nine) months of the request for Buy-Back, and is otherwise eligible for Buy-Back; and

(ii) The clothing is nearly-new, i.e., in good condition. We do not accept clothes with tears, holes, stains or permanent marks.

We conduct quality check/inspection for each clothing sent to us for Buy-Back. Our decision on the condition of a clothing is final and binding.

What happens if my clothes do not pass the quality check?

We hope that the clothes you send us will pass our quality check/inspection.

However, in case the quality check/inspection reveals that the clothing does not satisfy our requirements, we will not accept the clothing under Buy-Back. You will be intimated on your registered email address.

You have the option of collecting the clothing from our designated office (by prepaid courier service or personal collection, arranged for and paid by you) within 3 (three) days of our intimation, failing which you waive your rights over the clothing.

Please note that if a clothing does not pass the quality check, such clothing cannot be bought back by us and is not eligible for earning Twirl Points. However, the Twirl Points for packing and/or shipping will still be credited in your Twirl account.

Please send us only those clothes which are eligible for Buy-Back and which do not have tears, holes, stains or permanent marks on them.

Can I get a cash pay-out under the Buy-Back Policy?

No.

You earn Twirl Points from the Buy-Back of each clothing. You can redeem your Twirl Points to buy our products from the Twirl store. 1 Twirl Point = ₹ 1 (or its approximate equivalent in applicable currencies).

You can redeem your Twirl Points to buy products from our wide range of clothing, accessories and lifestyle products at the Twirl store. 1 Twirl Point = ₹ 1 (or its approximate equivalent in applicable currencies).

Twirl Points are valid for a period of 3 (three) months from the date on which the points were credited in the Twirl account, or any other duration as may be specified, after which the points automatically lapse.

Up to 200 (two hundred) Twirl Points may be redeemed per order. The balance amount, after redeeming Twirl Points, may be paid by debit/credit/atm card, netbanking, e-wallet, cash-on-delivery (for select locations), etc.

(iii) Once the details are verified by us, and if the clothing is in our Product Acceptance List, we will issue an e-confirmation with instructions to your registered email address.
(iv) Pack the clothing securely, along with a print of the e-confirmation. Alternately, the confirmation number should be prominently written on the package itself. Failure to do so may result in products not being processed by us.
(v) Please take care to pack the clothing securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage.
(vi) Drop off the clothing in its package at any of our Twirl Box locations or send the package by post/courier to our designated address.
(vii) For packages being sent through post/courier, please use a reliable postal/courier service.
(i) You will be entitled to a credit of 100 (one hundred) Twirl Points per clothing, towards packing and/or shipping of the product, which will be credited in your Twirl account upon receipt of the clothing at our designated office. Our international customers may be entitled to a higher credit of Twirl Points per product, towards packing and/or shipping of the product, based on the actual expenses incurred.

Should an ineligible clothing not be collected from our designated office in time, all rights over the clothing are forfeited and waived; nevertheless, 100 (one hundred) additional Twirl Points per clothing will be credited in the concerned Twirl account.
(x) Once a clothing passes our inspection/quality check, we credit your Twirl account with the applicable Twirl Points as per our Product Acceptance List, depending on the type of clothing and its condition. This is in addition to the credit of 100 (one hundred) Twirl Points per clothing, towards packing and/or shipping of the clothing.

How many Twirl Points do I earn from selling my clothes?

Please refer to our Product Acceptance List for a rough estimate of the Twirl Points which may be credited per clothing. We decide the Twirl Points per clothing, and credit the same, only after inspecting the condition of the clothing.

Our decision on the condition of a clothing and the Twirl Points per clothing is final and binding.

What clothes can I sell on the Twirl store?

What should be the condition of the clothing that I sell?

We accept nearly-new clothing, i.e., clothing which is in good condition. We do not accept clothes with tears, holes, stains or permanent marks in them.

We inspect every clothing received by us and decide the condition it is in. Our decision on whether a clothing is nearly-new, i.e., in good condition, is final and binding.

We hope that the clothes you send us will pass our inspection/quality check.
